About the event
For many of us, music carries stories we don’t always speak out loud. Int.her.lude offers space to engage with those stories through reflection and community.
This seven-week therapeutic group experience is designed for Black women and women of color to pause, reflect, and reconnect through storytelling, music, and communal healing.
Inspired by the musical interlude — that lyrical break where emotion meets transition — this series creates a soft space to explore the rhythms of your life and the truths that live within them. We will explore themes of friendship, intimacy, power, grief, solitude, self esteem, and personal transitions.
Participants will be invited to explore language for their stories and reflect on their connection to self, community, and rhythms of rest.
Interlude
Facilitated by MONIQUE PITT, MSW, RSW
