We don’t just make our products with Love, we love our products! That is why Body butters, balms and scrubs are carefully packaged before shipped. Since our products are made fresh to order, live updates will be forwarded to you via email, along with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your prize.

Addresses in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) may also elect free shipping option at checkout for estimated delivery within 3-7 business days when order total is over $50.00 before shipping and taxes if applicable. Kindly note confirmation of delivery date will be requested prior to delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for a lost, held, or damaged packages turned over to USPS or Canada Post. We are not responsible for delivery errors via the carrier, or incorrect shipping info as Shipping is a service you purchase from carrier along with your order from us. Please redirect Shipping issues by carrier to carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our products are all natural and made fresh to order. While we take pride in the quality of our products, we understand that sometimes you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re looking to process a return, no worries—send us an email within 14 days of purchase at info@ciccoaroma.com to request the return. Kindly note shipping expenses may be applied to your refund.

Apparel, jewelry, scents and styles

Unopened and unused merchandise under this category may be returned for store credit. Items must be returned within 14 business days of receiving the order for store credit. Simply send us an email within 14 days of purchase at info@ciccoaroma.com to request the credit. Once the return has been authorized and shipped, please keep records of your tracking information. Once we receive the return, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. At that time you will be issued an online store credit code in the amount of the item returned minus the shipping charges.

d'Arc jewelry

We ensure the highest quality product but sometimes items may be damaged during transportation. d'Arc will replace any defective or damaged brand jewelry. In-cases were a refund is requested instead, shipping expenses may be applied to your refund. Please send an email to company.d.arc@gmail.com for replacement or refund requests. Note that all d'Arc jewlery sale items are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted online or in-store.

Items discounted below 30% off are considered to be FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
