Full Refund: - If you need to cancel your event, you can get a full refund of your deposit or paid amount if you let us know 15 days or more before the event date. Administrative fees may be applicable for online credit card and debit card transactions. 2. Partial Refund (Late Notice): - For cancellations made between 5-10 days before the event date, we'll provide a partial refund, keeping just 20% of the deposit for the late notice. This helps us cover the costs of preparations and potential missed opportunities for other bookings. 3. Partial Refund (Short Notice): - If you cancel within 5 days of the event date, we’ll refund half of the deposit amount.
