Turn your big dreams into beautiful visions with our Vision Vibes: Explore Wellness Party. This is more than a celebration — it’s a guided session where you and your guests reflect, share, and create vision boards to spark inspiration for the year ahead. We’ll provide all the materials — magazines, prompts, boards, and decorative supplies — plus light refreshments to fuel your creativity. Alongside the crafting, we’ll lead a wellness discussion to connect, reflect, and dream big together. ✨ What to expect: - Guided vision board workshop with prompts and reflection - All supplies included (boards, magazines, creative extras) - Group discussion on wellness + goal-setting - A keepsake vision board to take home - Perfect for birthdays, girls’ nights, or team-building events 🎟️ Private group pricing available — come explore your vision, we’ll handle the rest.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change — and we do our best to keep things flexible and fair for everyone. Rescheduling Made Easy for Private Group Bookings (Kindly note: This policy applies to private bookings only and does not cover our regular workshops or public events.) Life happens! If you need to reschedule, simply provide at least 15 days’ notice, and we’ll apply your full deposit toward a new event date. Your new date should be booked within 60 days of the original event to keep your deposit active. If You Choose to Cancel Without Rescheduling: 1. Full Refund (30+ Days Notice) Without Rescheduling If you need to cancel 30 days or more before your event, you’ll receive a full refund for any additional payments made toward the total booking amount, excluding the non-refundable deposit. (Please note: standard administrative fees may apply to debit or credit card transactions.) Alternatively, you may choose to have the full value of your deposit converted into a studio credit, which can be redeemed toward retail products or custom-crafted items from our collection — a small way to still enjoy a piece of your Wellness Studio experience! 2. Partial Refund (less than 30 Days Notice) Without Rescheduling If you cancel with less than 30 days before your event, your non-refundable deposit will be retained, and 80% of any additional payments made toward the full booking amount will be refunded. This helps cover advance preparations, staffing, and materials already allocated for your experience. Alternatively, you may choose to have the full value of your deposit converted into a studio credit, which can be redeemed toward retail products or custom-crafted items from our collection — a small way to still enjoy a piece of your Wellness Studio experience!
